These terms and conditions guide your navigation in Hash Static Room and give you data about our services. When you avail on our offered services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Hash Static Room is one of the largest cannabis dispensaries in Canada, USA, UK , & Europe. These Terms and Conditions thus establish an agreement between you and Hash Static Room.
1. Ordering
Before you can enjoy the online shopping of Hash Static Roomâs products, you are required to create an account by going to the âMy Accountâ page, providing the needed details on the form, and clicking the âRegisterâ button; once registered, you can already start creating orders, but you must be strictly 18 years old and above, as Hash Static Room does not allow individuals aged 17 and below to make purchases. To place an order, simply click on the âProductsâ page to browse the items by selecting the product names, hover your cursor over the merchandise of your choice, and click âAdd to Cart,â or choose âSelect Optionsâ first if the product has variations; you may then click âView Cartâ to review your items, remove products by clicking the âX,â or adjust quantities using the â+â or âââ buttons before clicking âUpdate Cart,â and once ready, proceed by clicking âProceed to Check Out,â carefully reviewing your order details, billing information, and shipping address, then reading and accepting Hash Static Roomâs terms and conditions before clicking âPlace Order.â If placing the order fails, ensure that you are registered with Hash Static Room to be eligible to purchase, then check your email for the order confirmation and payment instructions based on your chosen payment method, and submit your E-Transfer receipt or proof of payment showing âon-processâ or âsuccessfulâ so that your order can be processed and shipped. All orders are handled discreetly and securely to protect both the products and your privacy, with shipments sent through Hash Static Roomâs designated delivery agency to ensure safe and timely arrival; once payment is confirmed, order processing will begin and may take at least two business days, with the order marked as âprocessing,â noting that no payment means no processing. Upon placing an order, it is initially marked âon holdâ until payment is received, after which the status changes to âprocessingâ and later to âshipped out,â with orders processed on weekends shipping out on the next business day, and any order remaining unpaid for 48 hours will be automatically cancelled. Discounts of 35â45% are not applied automatically, as you must meet the minimum order requirement, which includes adding 3â8 single ounces of cannabis flower to the cart or purchasing multiple single ounces of the same strain, while half- or quarter-pound items added individually do not qualify for the discount. Modifying or cancelling orders after placement is not allowed unless you contact Hash Static Room directly to request changes or cancellation, after which you will receive instructions regarding payment for modified orders, and any points used during a cancelled order will be returned to your account. Additionally, a Boveda Package, which is a humidity control pack designed to maintain the ideal moisture level and enhance cannabis quality, is available as an optional add-on, and Hash Static Room provides a video demonstration on how to use it on the âProductâ page for your reference.
2. Payment
Hash Static Room provides clear instructions on how to complete your payment, and once the payment is successfully processed or completed, your shipment will be sent. Crypto is the only payment method accepted by Hash Static Room, and payment guidelines will be provided during checkout; after placing your order, you will receive an invoice along with detailed instructions, including required security information and contact details to complete the payment, so please ensure you keep a copy of these details to avoid any inconvenienceâif any required information is missing, contact Hash Static Room and include your Order # for assistance. Taxes are already included in the listed prices, and all orders are shipped free of charge. After you have sent your payment using the preferred payment method, your order will be marked as âprocessing,â which may take at least two business days, noting that no processing will occur unless payment is received by the system. If your payment has not yet been accepted, there is no need to worry, as payments made on weekdays are typically processed and shipped the same day unless completed after the cut-off time, in which case they will be processed that evening and shipped the following business day; payments made on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday due to shortened working hours of Hash Static Roomâs accountant, and you will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been verified.
3. Shipping
Hash Static Room understands that shipping time is a common concern, which is why all orders include free express post shipping, typically arriving within 2â3 business days across most areas according to the delivery agency, while deliveries to provincial or less populated regions such as Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick may take up to 4 business days. Once payment is completed and your order status is marked as âprocessing,â a tracking number is usually provided; however, if no tracking number is received by 8 PM, please contact Hash Static Room immediately for assistance, noting that orders marked âon holdâ indicate payment has not yet been received. The tracking number will show an estimated delivery date, but this date is not guaranteed, as orders may arrive earlier or later than expected; if the delivery date has passed with no updates, customers are encouraged to contact Hash Static Room with their order number so customer service can coordinate with the delivery agency and open a service ticket, a process that may take 3â5 business days to locate the parcel, during which time customer support will continue assisting until the order is received. Although rare, if a package is officially marked as lost or stolen by the delivery agency, Hash Static Room provides full insurance and will replace the order, though replacements are not issued for packages marked as âDelivered.â If the tracking status shows âElectronic Information Submitted by Shipper,â this simply means the tracking number was generated in advance to streamline packing and shipping, and updates will appear once the parcel is scanned at the post office. In cases where the tracking number indicates âSuccessfully Deliveredâ but the order has not arrived, the package may have been mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or community mailbox, so customers are advised to check nearby locations,.
4. Hash Static Room and Delivery Agency
When a delivery agencyâs tracking tool indicates that a parcel has been successfully delivered, it means the item arrived at the address provided, though some locations may require you to check alternate drop-off points such as a mailroom, front desk, safe drop area, or with other household members who may have received the package, and if a signature appears on the tracking record, it should be verified against anyone in the household, as deliveries are made to the address and not to a specific name. For security and documentation purposes, delivery agencies may require a signature upon receipt to help protect your order and investment; if you do not wish to sign for your package, you must leave a clear and detailed note on Hash Static Roomâs checkout page explaining your reason, as Hash Static Room cannot be held responsible for packages marked âDeliveredâ when no such note was provided. Hash Static Room generally ships orders that require a signature, and if you prefer not to sign, you must explicitly state during checkout that your order may be shipped without a signature, understanding that Hash Static Room is not liable for lost parcels once tracking shows âDelivered.â Please also note that as of March 2020, delivery agencies temporarily suspended signature-required deliveries to reduce human contact due to COVID-19. Lastly, Hash Static Room is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error, so customers are advised to carefully review and update their shipping and billing details or immediately contact staff if an address correction is needed while the order is still processing.
