Once the order is processing/completed or shipped, We will try are best to make adjustments, However, we are unable to make any adjustments to your items or your shipping address.

Is it safe to order with Hash Static Room? I am afraid someone could steal my personal data

What happens if I don't get my order?

If you have not received your order within 48 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately via email. We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.

Why haven't I received any emails?

If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam/junk inbox. We use an encrypting mailing service, and therefore most mailing services consider it as spam.

During business hours, we may not be able to reply to our emails promptly. We ask for your patience, and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

How does the discount system work?

To clarify how our discount system works is when you add 8 Ounces into your cart (doesn’t matter which strain) or if it is the same strain, your cart will automatically apply 45% off, which you will see the discounted price unless it is on special.

This allows you to build your own half pound while paying the closest and most preferred half pound price for all the strains you’ve selected.

If you wanted less variety, anything with 3 or more ounces qualifies you for 35% off your entire order

– With 2 Quarter Pounds, you get 10% off and with 4 Quarter Pounds you get 15% off

– With 2 Half Pounds, you get 7.5% off

These discounts do not apply to Hash / Kief / Shatter / Concentrates, only Cannabis Flowers.

Whichever option you choose, the dollar $ automatically ends up being very close or on par with one another.

Should you find an issue with any of our products, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible from the delivery date. We will do our utmost to address and resolve the issue promptly. Please understand that we may be unable to rectify concerns regarding orders that exceed this 7 business day period.

What should I do if there's an issue with my order?

If you encounter an issue with your order such as a missing, defective, or incorrect item, rest assured that we are committed to assisting you in rectifying the situation. Here are the steps to follow:

Contact our Support Team: You can reach us through our website’s chat function, by email, or by opening a support ticket on our website.

Provide Order Details: In your communication, please include your order number, the name of the problematic product, and a detailed description of the issue. Please also attach any relevant photos or videos of the defective product for a more accurate assessment. Photo of packing slip along with all the products!

Please note that you have up to 7 days from receipt of the order to report any issues.

Following the receipt of this information, we will promptly work towards a resolution. If the product issue cannot be troubleshooted, we will offer a credit to your account in the form of points or a free replacement, as per your preference.

We prioritize your satisfaction and will do our utmost to resolve any product issues swiftly and effectively.

I haven't received my invoice, What do i do?

Double check your email was inputted correctly then check your junk folder.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds or exchanges. All consumable purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges.

Non-consumable related issues will be looked at case by case basis, we may determine that we will replace a particular product to you or to persons generally. This is strictly at our discretion. We will work with you to address any and all concerns you have so please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position.

If you believe that you have a defective product please contact customer support at info@hashstaticroom.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please keep all packaging as photos will be required.

Please note that we only issue refunds in the form of points (store credit).

Shipping

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Any other carrier we might use doesn’t deliver your package on time, please contact us and do not contact the carrier.

We will conduct a search, starting with tracking your shipment. Static Room will not insure any packages that have the wrong address given.

There will be a Store Credit if your package is lost or stolen due to the courier’s fault. no refunds. ONE REPLACEMENT PER ORDER.

This usually never happens however we like to give our clients full confidence when purchasing from hashstaticroom.com

We will do an investigation before replacing any lost or stolen packages. It usually takes a maximum of 21 days to find out where the package has been, if it is gone we will credit you back or send out a new package at no additional charge.

We do not offer replacement packages on your order if the tracking number says delivered.

Are signature required to receive my package?

We ship orders with signature required on all orders above $250. This is an extra security measure to protect your purchase from postal theft. If you do not want this option for your order, please add a note to your order on the Checkout Page and request for no signature.

However, if you request no signature and your item has been marked as delivered, we have no liability on the package if it is deemed missing.

When does my package get shipped?

Orders paid before 11:00AM will ship the same business day. Any orders paid for after 11:00AM will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends & holidays)

Why do I still not have a tracking number?

 Please check your junk folder. If you still don’t have a tracking number, please contact us at the contact form below and one of our customer service representatives will look into it. If your order is still on hold, it means that we have not received your payment and your order has not been processed yet.

How do you package my order?

We pride ourselves as being the leading mail-order marijuana seller in the industry, and therefore we ensure that your order will be taken care of with the same standard. Your order will be discreetly packaged, and flowers will be packaged in a Mylar bag and heat-sealed. They will also be vacuum-sealed to conceal any smell. Bulk orders will be bagged with storage bags and vacuum-sealed.

Bud size will vary in size from small to large and this due to the nature of some strains. For bulk orders, there will be a little to none shake.

My package was sent with a “signature required.” Why was this asked of me?

Any order over $250 dollars is sent with a ‘Signature Required.” If you don’t want this option, leave a note with your order indicating “No Signature required, Please.”

Why does the tracking seem to not been updated for several days?

 Agency may forget to add an updated scan to the order. This causes the order to appear as if it is not being processed. Most of our orders arrive within three business days. However, they may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have waited four or five business days and nothing has arrived, please email us directly at the contact form below and we will perform a trace for you 

How do i change my shipping address?

f you need to change your shipping address you can do so in your account profile. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team & they will be able to submit changes.

Help! I shipped the package to the wrong address!

Please double check that the address that you placed is correct with every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address is correct. There is no way for us to tell if you shipped it to the wrong number, wrong street or wrong province. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, we will not offer any compensation.

Lost Orders
Static Room assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
  • Wrong address provided by the customer (including typos or auto-correct errors)
  • Customer change of address / residence
  • Theft after delivery 
  • Package being rejected upon delivery (by doorman or other)
We no longer use a return address. Packages with incomplete/ incorrect addresses (missing unit #) will be undeliverable by Agency and not returned to us. No refunds or replacements will be given for this mistake. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER IN YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS. Contact us immediately for corrections before paying.

What is a Boveda?

A boveda package is a humidity package which can improve the quality of marijuana cannabis by setting the flower to the right humidity level. 62% relative humidity level is right for cannabis. You can never use “too much” Boveda and all you need to do is pop them in a rubber-sealed container along with your cannabis.

A 8 gram Boveda is perfect for 1 ounce of cannabis.
A 60 gram Boveda is perfect for 1 pound of cannabis.

My Shatter or Budder turning into wax. Now What?

My shatter or budder turning into wax. Now what?
Please be advised that due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as summer heat, humidity and even time. There is always a risk that the shatter you ordered could turn to wax or budder by the time you receive it.

Unfortunately, shatter turning to wax budder is not uncommon when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter any less safe or any less potent in any way whatsoever. In fact, the terpenes and aromatics will be more present if this happens and the flavour will actually be increased.

We do not offer any reimbursement or refunds if your shatter turns to budder or wax.

Is moldy cannabis safe to consume or smoke?

No, mould can cause mild to severe health issues including coughing, trouble breathing, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and infections in the lungs. People with asthma or compromised immune systems are most likely to be affected by mould, and could potentially lead to death.

Cannabis, just like any other type of produce, has the potential to develop mould. While some cases do appear in the cultivation process, the majority come after harvest, either during the drying and curing phase or in storage, when moisture levels are too high. Although most cultivators know how to prevent mould growth on cannabis, that doesn’t mean that every crop is perfect. Additionally, if an end-user doesn’t keep cannabis in a cool, dry place, that stash could also be at risk.

Signs of mouldy cannabis:

  • Dampness
  • Musty, sweet, and stale odour
  • Grey or white fuzz
  • Specks of white powder, like white dust.

We inspect all cannabis for mould before purchasing from our growers. However, sometimes they do escape our eye and if you ever do encounter mould in your order, please contact us and kindly let us know.

What effects might I typically expect from cannabis strains with moderate THC levels?

Cannabis directly interacts with the brain and central nervous system. THC generally produces an intoxicating or impairing effect, even when very little is consumed. In moderate consumption, effects may include a sense of relaxation and pleasant euphoria. THC can also cause unpleasant or harmful effects. Senses may be heightened. The effects vary from person to person and will further depend on strain, consumption method and personal factors like genetics, existing mental health conditions, current mood, age, personality and gender.

How long will cannabis stay in my system?

This always depends on how much you consume, how you consume it and your genetics, age, personality, gender and other personal biological factors. Effects can take up to 24 hours to fully dissipate, but THC can be detectable in the bloodstream for up to seven days or more, depending on several factors, including frequency of use. There are few reports of secondary intoxication (i.e. from second hand smoke or vape), but it also depends on a number of factors, including dose and ventilation of the space.

Can I drive while or after using cannabis?

There is no known safe amount of cannabis to use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Cannabis use during pregnancy has been linked to low birth weight, and can harm a child’s brain development. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume cannabis, as it could harm the fetus or baby.

Can I give cannabis to a minor in my home?

No. According to the Cannabis Act, even parents or guardians can face significant legal consequences for distributing cannabis to a minor, including up to a 14-year prison penalty. The rules and penalties for distributing cannabis to minors are different than those set for alcohol distribution to minors.

Is it unhealthy to inhale cannabis smoke?

Inhaling smoke of any kind can lead to lung damage and respiratory problems. Certain smoking practices such as deep-inhalation or holding one’s breath increases these risks. It is known that cannabis smoke contains chemicals and tar that are similar to tobacco smoke.
